I develop my awareness skills everyday:
Day 17 – Mastering Awareness Skills
Today’s meditation teaches us that when we return our awareness to the present moment, we use a type of skill – an awareness skill. This skill incorporates our attention span, ability to focus, and the capacity of awareness to go deep, all at the same time. This awareness technique is not a mental practice, rather it is the conscious relaxing or letting go of the resisting mind. When we have mastered these awareness skills, we are able maintain our awareness in the present moment even in the midst of everyday demands and pressures.
Our centering thought for today is:
I develop my awareness skills every day.

Ron Alexander Freedom from the clock. Happiness is freedom, without constraint, from deadlines, judgement, absolute well being, balance between contentment and committment, = flow. Take a breath and flow, Ride the wave. 
Living in the here and now is true meaning of flow. Don't resist be irrisistible (Ron's word). Attention span, focus to stay in the moment. Biofeedback - mind trains the brain. Feedback loop, Depth of awareness, more we focus...the longer we can stay in the moment. Full possibilities when in the flow. I develop our awareness skills everyday.
Look at everything always as though you are looking at first or last time. Look at other people the same way.
