When we realize we are awareness of our thoughts, not our thoughts, we get control of our lives. Time is a mental concept. All experience happens in ever-present awareness. Flow is when our inner self meets outer self. Being in the now, optimizes our body, as we are alert and aware to how our body actually feels. Union of mind and body leads to being much more sensitive and alert..

Today we explore more thoroughly the nature of the present moment. As we look more closely into our understanding of time, we see that our experience in the now doesn’t age. Whatever we experience in the present, that experience itself cannot get older. It is not part of the passage of time. Time is a mental concept, not an actual experience. All experience happens in ever-present awareness.
In today’s meditation, we learn that when we shift our awareness to the present, life flows effortlessly.
