Blessing must arise from within your own mind. It is not something that comes from outside. When the positive qualities of your mind increase and the negativities decrease, that is what blessing means. The Tibetan word for blessing … means transforming into magnificent potential. Therefore, blessing refers to the development of virtuous qualities you did not previously have and the improvement of those good qualities you have already developed.

Being in the flow is effortless.
Day 15 – Diving Deeper into the Present Moment
When we realize we are awareness of our thoughts, not our thoughts, we get control of our lives. Time is a mental concept. All experience happens in ever-present awareness. Flow is when our inner self meets outer self. Being in the now, optimizes our body, as we are alert and aware to how our body actually feels. Union of mind and body leads to being much more sensitive and alert..
The essence of life is absolute bliss consciousness. (Sat Chit Ananda)
Today we explore more thoroughly the nature of the present moment. As we look more closely into our understanding of time, we see that our experience in the now doesn’t age. Whatever we experience in the present, that experience itself cannot get older. It is not part of the passage of time. Time is a mental concept, not an actual experience. All experience happens in ever-present awareness. In today’s meditation, we learn that when we shift our awareness to the present, life flows effortlessly.
Our centering thought for today is: Being in the flow is effortless.
Sat Chit Ananda Life is absolute bliss consciousness.
