Gratitude is an Antidote to Greed (Aided by Meditation)

Anatoly Petrenko - Gratitude is an antidote of greed - which never lets you rest and experience abundance.

  • Ron Alexander Thanks Anatoly Petrenko, you are such an inspiration. I imagine your Outdoor Healing work includes a lot of hiking and climbing?

  • Anatoly Petrenko Yes, Ron. Yet whole life is a practice no matter what your body is doing. Fine tuning awareness of present moment thinking is the goal. To get a taste of it, sometimes is necessary to isolate from compulsions of tasks and reshuffle priorities.
From a perspective of a calm mind vistas appear much clearer!

  • Ra Divakar Yes Sir! Every day, every hour, every moment (there are 60 seconds in a "moment", so I do take some breaks - a few seconds anyway - lol)

Ron Alexander In other words, Anatoly Petrenko, meditation is an awesome practice for
  •  incorporating gratitude?
  • Anatoly Petrenko We're meditating all the time. What we're meditating on is up to us to notice. A TV commercial is a form of meditation, since it is repeatedly broadcast with intention to be set in in the mind of a viewer.
If you intentionally meditate on gratitude, you will create an effect mirrored in physical phenomena — a deeper satisfaction with your place in the world and a line of destiny that you draw on the canvas of your universe.
