Feel the connection with the oneness of the universe with every breath you take. You are connected. You are not separate. Instead of thinking yourself as separate, focus on the connection that the breath provides with the entirety of creation. Recognize that everything is simply energy and physicality is merely a perception based upon frequencies. When you have this vision you can understand tha...t you are simply part of an overall energy pattern and you truly have no beginning or end.
This is the experience of oneness. You recognize your true nature as a part of the divine totality of existence. Recognize the divinity you are. Recognize your connection with all. See the beauty in everyone else as a reflection of their connection with you and all of creation. Resist the urge to judge. Instead, simply accept all others as other aspects of the most wonderful mosaic that is the energy pattern of life itself.
