Texas investigating death of migrant toddler after leaving immigrant detention center

Texas officials have opened an investigation into the death of a toddler who reportedly died after being released from an immigrant detention center.

The Trump administration has horribly botched every aspect of this nefarious plan to separate and detain children from their parents at the border, and it is far from over in its dismantlization. And, sadly, the effects of this bungled plan will take its toll on these victimized innocent children for perhaps the rest of their lives. This administration needs to be held accountable for these unspeakable acts.
