My observation today: When we have an upset (problem/obstacle/sadness) it tends to take the front seat. We could have 99 good things going on, a blue sky and a whole ocean and one upset and the upset takes center stage. Why is that? I'm not going to participate this way any more. It can be hard to get the focus back on the other 99 + sky and ocean things but I'm going to remind myself (every minute if I have to) that I am not the 1%!! Bunni Vaughn Healy
