Blessing must arise from within your own mind. It is not something that comes from outside. When the positive qualities of your mind increase and the negativities decrease, that is what blessing means. The Tibetan word for blessing … means transforming into magnificent potential. Therefore, blessing refers to the development of virtuous qualities you did not previously have and the improvement of those good qualities you have already developed.

Healing from feeling empty inside....
Day 16 – Healing From the Spirit
In today’s meditation, we explore how to heal spiritual lack. Spiritual lack is the feeling of being empty inside, of life not having a sense of purpose or meaning. In truth, it’s not the soul or spirit itself that is lacking or has lost purpose, but rather the mind’s interpretation of the inner self that generates feelings of fear, dread, and loneliness. So healing this lack only requires that we shift away from our ego-centered identities.
When we live in the present, awareness or spirit automatically heals the conditioned mind and reveals itself as inherently valuable, filled with purpose, and always connected to everyone and everything.
Our centering thought for today is: I turn inward to find the deepest healing.
