Hope tells me anything can be transformed.

21-Day Meditation Experience

 – Finding the Courage to Change

To make hope effective in bringing change in our life, we need to take action. But taking action can feel threatening and scary because it stirs up all our fears and anxieties of what that change might bring. In today’s meditation, we learn that the key to releasing these fears and anxieties is to first bring self-awareness to them and, then to consciously recognize that they no longer help or serve our present reality. As you reclaim the present moment, you are free to act in accord with your deepest motivations, and that is where your courage is.

Our centering thought for today is:
Hope tells me anything can be transformed.

“We must accept finite disappointment, but never lose infinite hope.” – Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.
