HOPE IS THE CERTAINTY THAT SOMETHING MAKES SENSE, regardless how it turns out.

 Making Hope Real

Today’s meditation is about making hope real for others. Of course, each person must create hope from within themselves, but we can support their hope-building process. We do this by learning how to deeply see, feel, and listen to another person. When we are present for others without any judgment or agenda, then our core hope is supporting theirs on a genuine soul-to-soul level.

Our centering thought for today is:
My hope is grounded in a deeper reality.

“Hope is definitely not the same thing as optimism. It is not the conviction that something will turn out well, but the certainty that something makes sense, regardless of how it turns out.” – Vaclav Havel
