It was more of a thud than a bang, but it scared me anyway. When I looked at where the noise came from, I noticed a dent in my car. On the pavement next to the fender was a layered translucent green round rubber-looking disc. It was a little larger than an lawnmower wheel. Around the perimeter were three layers (stories?) of orange lights flashing on and off. When I approached it, the disc started spinning upwards just missing my face. Startled, I watched it quickly disappear into the star-filled night sky.
Blessing must arise from within your own mind. It is not something that comes from outside. When the positive qualities of your mind increase and the negativities decrease, that is what blessing means. The Tibetan word for blessing … means transforming into magnificent potential. Therefore, blessing refers to the development of virtuous qualities you did not previously have and the improvement of those good qualities you have already developed. ― Dalai Lama XIV

It was more of a thud than a bang...
