Students and teachers to each other

 
I am putting this back up, as I am blessed to be able to teach two of the 8 meditations at Unity(Charleston) at an all day meditation. I am teaching Pranayama, which I am going to call Mindful Deep Breathing, as it has really helped heal me... from sleep apnea(that with losing weight by juicing). Then I teach mindful eating which goes right along with juicing. Mindfulness all the time is the same as praying/meditating without ceasing. in joy, Ron Alexander 
 

Pray, Meditate Without Ceasing

Make your meditation a continuous state of mind. A great worship is going on all the time, so nothing should be neglected or excluded from your constant meditative awareness.

           Just home from the day of Meditation - awesome! My favorite was giving Deeksha (Oneness Blessings), and I really enjoyed teaching Mindful Deep Breathing and Mindful Eating - I learn a lot and heal a lot when I teach. We are all students and teachers to each other.
