in the stillness, came a call
in the empty there was an invitation
and when the fear crept in
Spirit said "welcome!"
and we sat down and shared
fear had to go rather quickly
... yet left me a gift ~
the silent knowings became clearer,
and my soul felt less restrained.
I am learning to befriend these visitors,
I invite you to join me.
