Blessing must arise from within your own mind. It is not something that comes from outside. When the positive qualities of your mind increase and the negativities decrease, that is what blessing means. The Tibetan word for blessing … means transforming into magnificent potential. Therefore, blessing refers to the development of virtuous qualities you did not previously have and the improvement of those good qualities you have already developed. ― Dalai Lama XIV

Music from Beingness Inspired by a Beatle
I was watching a Beatles Biography on HBO on this rainy day putting off several thinga I had planned. After LSD "opened" his mind, George Harrison, said he knew because of flashbacks, that he had to fine another way to get high! He started studying with Ravi Shankar, and said that Ravi was first musician that was "not trying to impress me - his music came from his Being." Of course, this led George to much more creativity and the Beatles followed his lead to meeting with Maharishi, meditating and to India. There they met many others who put their spirituality before their human doingness. George became the devoted follower and wrote most of the new songs inspired by Eastern Spirituality.
The Inner Light my fav. inspired by Tao Te Ching:
"Without stirring abroad/One can know the whole world;/
Without looking out of the window/One can see the way of heaven."[
