Blessing must arise from within your own mind. It is not something that comes from outside. When the positive qualities of your mind increase and the negativities decrease, that is what blessing means. The Tibetan word for blessing … means transforming into magnificent potential. Therefore, blessing refers to the development of virtuous qualities you did not previously have and the improvement of those good qualities you have already developed.

Day 21 — Wholeness Is All-Powerful MY TRUE NATURE IS FEARLESSNESS AND POWERFUL “The only real prison is fear, and the only real freedom is freedom from fear.” — Aung San Suu Ky
Day 21 — Wholeness Is All-Powerful
In today’s meditation, we discover that the all-encompassing power of wholeness is not far away or grandiose. This all-powerful wholeness of consciousness is nothing else but your inner awareness. It is the quiet part of you that has thoughts and experiences, but it is there before and after the experiences occur. Wholeness is what you are. Nothing could be closer, more intimate, and more basic to your existence. As this realization becomes your primary reality, fear and doubt dissolve like mist in the sun, and your true radiance and joy shine forth.
