Blessing must arise from within your own mind. It is not something that comes from outside. When the positive qualities of your mind increase and the negativities decrease, that is what blessing means. The Tibetan word for blessing … means transforming into magnificent potential. Therefore, blessing refers to the development of virtuous qualities you did not previously have and the improvement of those good qualities you have already developed.

Day 20 — The Reality of Unbounded Power I ATTRACT THE TRANSFORMATIVE POWER OF LOVE AND JOY IN MY LIFE
Day 20 — The Reality of Unbounded Power
In today’s meditation, we learn how to put our vision of consciousness-based reality to work for us to transform our world from the inside out. This vision of allying our self to the unbounded power of awareness becomes a practical means of overcoming fear and our sense of disempowerment that result from seeing the world as a separate, chaotic array of forces beyond our control. When we view our outer reality as a reflection of our inner world, we can approach challenges as opportunities to expand our understanding, experience, and awareness.
