In a fast paced, complex world, I like having simple ways of self-monitoring that I'm still on my spiritual path, that I'm still practicing my principles. This is a good Indicator since I can see and feel the happiness I want to spread to everyone I encounter with ease, no extra effort at all to feel someone's happiness. In fact, it's a joy, even a "high" to realize that I was responsible for at least part of it - a good positive reinforcement loop.
