Let Nothing Disturb You. Let Nothing Frighten You.

May today there be peace within.
May you trust God that you are exactly where you are meant to be.
May you not forget the infinite possibilities that are born of faith.
May you use those gifts that you have received, and pass on the love that
has been given to you....
May you be content knowing you are a child of God....
Let this presence settle into your bones, and allow your soul the freedom to sing, dance, praise and love.
It is there for each and every one of us.
St. Theresa of Avila

Hold your right hand over your heart and repeat God's Love is right here right now. This is especially effective going to sleep and while waking up at night and feeling down. LOVE!
Orandon Marie: Beautiful, Ron! You are such a Gentle Heart! ♥ Funny - when it comes to fear? most people are afraid of themselves! Fear and paranoia... I think these emotions come up through the soul in such a way, it can be a challenge to heal ourselves. Some elements are ingrained in our DNA, and need to be cleared. It's important to be proactive and find ways (tools and information) to help ourselves. We can ask enlightened others to help us empower ourselves as well.
Ron Alexander: Awesome Orandon Marie! I had an epiphany when reading a poem by St. Teresa of Avila: "Let nothing disturb you.
Let nothing frighten you.
...All things are changing.
God alone is changeless.
Patience attains the good.
One who has God lacks nothing.
God Alone fills all our needs."

Ron Alexander: I know that God is Love and is within, so combine that with St.'s poem and you have "Love is letting go of Fear.
Jeanne Porter Ashley: Thanks for reading that to me when I was down, Ron! I appreciate your insight and agree, you are brilliant and blessed -- I am blessed to be on a small part of your journey. Love always matters!
Ron Alexander: takes One to know One, One Love, ron
St. Theresa of Avila's Prayer

Christ has no body now, but yours.

No hands, no feet on earth, but yours.

Yours are the eyes through which Christ looks with compassion into the world.

Yours are the feet with which Christ walks to do good.

Yours are the hands with which Christ blesses the world."

~ St. Theresa of Avila 1515 Spain
