We often think of anxiety as the fear of the future, but perhaps more precisely it is that we can not control the future...

This is a good thought from, I can't even remember who it was but it rings true: Anxiety is the fear we won't be able to control the future.

We often think of anxiety as the fear of the future, but perhaps more precisely it is that we can not control the future, or one specific aspect of it.Once we realize this to be the case, it is comforting to know that the Serenity Prayer can kick in to help us.
"God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference."
The Law of Mind Action is at work here. How we work with our thoughts is critical to our health and sanity! Amen, right Ya'll?
A little lightness for your day, thanks to MaryAnn Clark Durell:
