One thing I've often noticed about our belief/thought systems conveyed through our so-called holy books (not limited to the Bible!) is that they tend to speak with a forked tongue, teaching the oneness--all the while subtly warning of division. Single eye discerns this dichotomy with ease!
While promoting love and unity, our books full of words also tend to make us fear intimacy with one another and make us suspicious of human relationship and how we express the Love that we are through the material vehicle. (Illusory vehicle or not, no matter--for it is a means of expression of Love, if we so choose).
What's up with that double message, anyway? If the body is illusion, then realize that ALL is illusion. For all that IS, is nothing BUT consciousness expressed. And ALL is holy if we regard it as such. Nothing to fear in Love's mind. Be anxious for nothing. Fear not. Jump in. No parachute, no protection needed. Love has us covered!
