Very similar day today! Meditation and then Mindful walking around labythrinth. Great talk by Rev. Ed. on "MindfulnessBells" - meditating with ceasing - using whatever is there to meditate on - traffic jam, loud noises, smells, body sensations, breath, mantra, lyrics of songs that will not go away. I called "choicleless awareness". Then drumming group back at Unity, and next
