To Find Inner Peace

Love to meditate by the water - mine is the ocean though and waves aren't quite so loud, yet the wind and sound of waves help still the mind as well as the breath. Yesterday, I thought I had been meditating about 30 mins. then I looked at watch and it was 55 minutes. Love to lose the self like that even if just for awhile! Oh, the sun helps too!
