Blessing must arise from within your own mind. It is not something that comes from outside. When the positive qualities of your mind increase and the negativities decrease, that is what blessing means. The Tibetan word for blessing … means transforming into magnificent potential. Therefore, blessing refers to the development of virtuous qualities you did not previously have and the improvement of those good qualities you have already developed. ― Dalai Lama XIV

Everything is uncertain but the ONE!
The only certainty is that everything is uncertain.
Beliefs will be doubted, memories will fade, dreams will shatter, books will rot, the most solid ideologies will be reduced to dust. The snow will melt, the puddles will evaporate, the h...eart will beat its last and even the sun will die.
Uncertainty is there to be embraced, even relished. At its core you will meet the Beloved, for you will meet yourself, and that is the only certainty: The presence of uncertainty, the space for it all.

Go with the Flow - you cannot push life around
Flow.
When effort is needed, effort will appear.
When effortlessness becomes essential, it will assert itself.
You need not push life about.
Just flow with it and give yourself completely to the task of the present moment…...

Forgiving People Who I felt betrayed me is difficult...
However, the most effective way for me is to see them as innocent.
"Forgive them for they know not what they do."
Every relationship you have where there is unforgiveness can be healed, if you are willing to see the innocence in the other person. Marianne Williamson
I see L., B., M., L.S., J. F., J. A., R. as innocent and doing the best they can under the circumstances.

Evelyn Leonard Wright But for me, I feel like the knowledge is an important part of the process...but then, the time comes when you have to let your heart heal...and that happens by having the wisdom to let it go...
Cheryl Lynn one of the most selfish acts you can do ... forgiveness .. never for them .. always for us to heal ... find that forgiving self is the hardest ... great exercise i came across from iyanla vanzant ... i will try to find and share with you ... :) <3 span=""> ... have a wonderful day brother 3>Ron ... filled with much love, laughter and seeing through eyes of the heart <3 span="">3>
