Eviction #4 - My Body, Possessions But No More

My Spirit is free & unlimited.
Just as my Father's Spirit is here,
Who designed and had this house built in 1972.
I have, also twice, put my heart and soul
renovating this house twice since 1994,
My Spirit will remain here even
though possibly no more?

Gene Yakub:
Ah Ron. Bless! But you know that altough I sympathise, I don't agree? Both your Father's spirit and your spirit are free and no one can tie them to a building. You will see, I'm sure, looking back exactly what the right reason is for your having to leave. Letting go allows new energies in and maybe you are stuck in a rut there instead of giving your great awareness freedom to give and a receive?Ron Alexander! Gene you are at least partially right, however, I think I could have said "part" of my Spirit and Dad's will always be here. That is probably moreaccurate, while what you said "letting go allows new energies in..." & out I may add is true. However, what the problem is with that is "the new energies" are destructive - negative - want the house just out of greed - to tear down and sell the property for lawyers or to use as a crack house, which it was before I moved in here. Hard to explain in a limited space but greedy lawyers under the auspices of an addicted/alcoholic relative (the only other heir) are the "energies" that want to take back over this house. Thanks so much for your concern, ron

Eviction part 3 - I Surrender I am Free

I surrender and I am free,
I am awakened
to a greater possibility
of Allowing Spirit to
Have Its Way with me.
To be detached and
and give extravagantly!
I surrender and I am free
The Way it is supposed to be.
My eyes now really see
Spirit, I am Yours, take me!

Eviction "Fight" part 2

Can I "fight" and really "win"? Can I let go and let God and "fight"? Do I have enough faith to really be non-attached? Will a good idealistic lawyer come along and "fight" the "good fight" for me? So far, none of the lawyers of the many I have talked to appear to think I have much of a chance. Can I accept the outcome, even if I am forced out? Do I want to leave before the eviction - getting rid (giving away much) of a lot of "things" and get really simple again. As a young adult, I took off and went sailing - rebelling against our materialistic society. Is that the answer again? Maybe? Younger the rebelling was a reaction, can I make sail away an intelligent conscious response instead?
Elizabeth May Sutor: Get still and go within. If you can, get away from the "fight" energy, and try to go with "allowing" instead. When we resist, we somehow only succeed in attracting more negativity since our focus is actually on that which we are resisting. ...Do what you can, call who you can, but if you can be willing to be ok with the outcome no matter what, it may help you somewhat. You never know what God/The Universe has in store for you, to bring about your good, but just maybe simpler turns out to be the answer. I wish I knew definitively, but this is what I felt I should share with you.
Elizabeth May Sutor: My friend, Rev. Dr. Kathleen Johnson, taught me an exercise to help when you are overwhelmed. When you can get the time, lie on the floor, on your back, and meditate on the word "surrender". Get up when you absolutely have to, but otherwise, lie there and meditate on the word until you feel a break-through, no matter whether it's 10 min. or 1 hour.
Ron Alexander:
like it - will share "surrender" - letting go and ALLOWING GOD, ron

Marie Corry: What an exciting place to be in. Letting go and completely trusting as I did when the Jobcentre stopped my moeny coming in. A real opportunity to let go and let God.
Marie Corry: I didn't want to sound blase Ron. It is fearful the thought of losing one's home. Home means a lot too myself. But when we truly surrender we find all turns out well in the end.
Already praying. Don't know all the details, though I feel the energy of what is happening. Will send prayer request to Unity team. Know we love you, we see the best unfolding for you, with the least amount of struggle, and huge peace and well-being, and telling one of your great stories about this chapter of deepening in your great book of awakening. Many Blessings, M.
Lydia Porter: I will continue praying for the most ositive out come. That way you will get what is truely best for you. I will also pray that your desires and your best interests become in total alignment. That way Stay or go ,you will be getting what you need/want. Fight the good fight and know what is best will happen.
..
Ron Alexander:
Thanks dear Lydia, I am praying for enough faith to let go and let God! His Divine Will be done anyway! For me, I would like to have my cake and eat it too - go cruising and be able to lease out this house to finance my traveling - lol, ron
Can I publish your prayerful response - your name or anon?
..

Beata Bohac: It is a shame, that the will has not been changed. However, the fact, that you have lived there & renovated it all by yourself should have lot of weight as far as the law goes. Ron, do you have any photos of "before & after" the renovations, or even some bills for materials used that would serve as a proof? Can you reason with the family members?
Ron Alexander: No reasoning with 2 remaining family members or "trust" lawyer, who really controls this house and all the family property. The two remaining family members are a 30 yr. old nephew addicted, alcoholic and deeply resentful. He dominate is great Aunt (my
Aunt, who is8 minu
Ron Alexander: thanks Beata, No reasoning with 2 remaining family members or "trust" lawyer, who really controls this house and all the family property. The two remaining family members are a 30 yr. old nephew addicted, alcoholic, on parole who has tried to kill me and will be immediatly put back in jail at any contact with me. His Great Aunt (my
Aunt, who is dominated by nephew, as she was dominated by her husband, then my Mother... they live on other side of State and have a completely different view of life that I do... like 1% vs. our 99 %. . "Trust Lawyers" have more power than they should and other lawyers don't want to oppose them. Appreciate your question though, and your obvious concern! ron

How Can I be Gratefully Peaceful While Fighting an Eviction?

‎~Thank the great Spirit within for all That life brings. All is a gift; the sweet As well as the bitter. All is for your Growth, freedom and celebration. Be happy. This is blessedness.~ - Mooji -..

Elizabeth May Sutor: HI -"grateful while fighting eviction". Can't wait to see this. HOW did this happen? My father and I used to have conversations in 1986(!!!)about how eventually there will be no more middle class, only the very wealthy and the poor. My father was so concerned about the direction in which this country was going. It completely eludes me how people can not see what is going on, can not be outraged, and how 99 percent are being controlled by 1 percent.
..

Hi Elizabeth, Great questions, can I use them in my article (with your name or anon)? It is a house that my Father designed and had built in 1972. I have been living in it and renovating it for 7 years at my Mother's request. However, my Mom died from an accident before she could change the will...well anyhow, the "Alexander Family Trust" got control of it with alot more (much more to the story), and I am fighting them to stay here for rest of my life. I was doing well, and then shockingly got served a 30 day eviction notice a couple of days before Thanksgiving. Lawyers (from the Establishment - 1%) have been very disappointing. I need to find a good liberal lawyer (very difficult here in South) or just accept and turn to a simple life? Or can I sue and keep my peace???? thanks so much, ron..

Akasha Desa - "The greatest generosity is non-attachment." - Atisha
- Atisha< thanks - just what I needed as I am fighting eviction...ron
Akasha Desa: Hello Ron. Love/God(whatever word you are using) takes care of you.. has it not before?
whatever you are facing, have Faith... have certainty.. the circumstance will arise to lift you up. Don't doubt or judge.. just take it.
Thank U for your mail Brother. Blessings

..
I can be grateful as this eviction fight can lead to being non-attached and "extravagantly generous." I can greatly simplify my life, and learn that "the most important things are not things". I can live more from my Self rather than my self. I can more realize my Inner Christ, my Inner Buddha, The Tao. Peace, Joy, Light and Love will be Right Here Now!

Dean A. Banks: Liz just told me. You and your family are in our prayers. I will contact a friend with the Occupy Movement to see if they can help. Also, I have other business associates in South Carolina who might know an attorney who could help. Expect the best and visualize it!..

Ron Alexander:
"Oh yes! The good Dr. Dean is one of my favorite inspirational supporters. I am so grateful to you and your hubby! thanks, ron And I have already been bouyed by the thought of contacting Occupy movement - yesterday and I fantasized on it last night instead of doom and gloom nightmares. Much appreciation, ron" answer to your bright wife, and thanks for referral, dear Dr. Dean!..
..
Ron Alexander:
Expect the best and visualize it!
..Wow! just what I needed to hear, dear Dr.!
..
Dean A. Banks: As the prayers of your friends lift you up, go within and see the best happening for you and your family. We will be diligently working to find allies for you in preventing this travesty from occurring. Trust and believe in God, your source, and your friends, the extension of source. Peace and blessings to you and your family!..

Ron, I'm sorry to hear about your problem; it appears that you have done lots of work to maintain the family home & that should give you some rights. Hope that you can resolve it in a peaceful way.
Ron Alexander: Thanks so much Beata Bohac! I have worked hard on this house for about 7 years, when Mom asked me to move in, as it was a shambles for being used as a crack house and being "vacant" for a few years. "Peaceful way" that is a key - "Fighting" for justice & righteousness keeping centered and grateful! lotsaappreciation, ron

Ida Rose: Ron have you forgotton the greatest warrior of all, you can still do what you want to do,but get silent!!
Ask holy spirit and your guiding angels to help you. You must ask, how else can they help if you don't ask?
and really appreciate your advice Ida and I Am, I AM!

Compassion - Where Does it Come From?

The whole idea of compassion is
based on a keen awareness of the
interdependence of all these living beings,
which are all part of one another,
and all involved in one another.

Thomas Merton

Oh Ron, sorry sorry! You need lots of TLC and rest which I imagine are difficult during an eviction, something that can cause one to feel ones world is coming apart, disorientation and a whole lot of stress of different kinds. Do you know where you're moving to? Do you have people who can help you physically? This is such a time of hard tests, of pushing our metaphorical faces into what we say we believe in, of bringing out fear and weaknesses. It seems that the more awareness there is, the more opposites are bombarding one. I'm going through mine too, fast and furious. You are allowed to share your ongoing physical status with us, so please do. Herewith lots of virtual hugs and light Gene A.

All is a treasure - sweet & bitter! Need do Nothing?

~Thank the great Spirit within for all That life brings. All is a gift; the sweet As well as the bitter. All is for your Growth, freedom and celebration. Be happy. This is blessedness.~ - Mooji -..

Ron Alexander: ‎"The best things in life are not things." anon(I think?)

I know these metaphors appear to be mixed, however I am confused right now on what to do in my life in a critical time. I am supposed to be evicted by my own family "trust" around Christmas time. I have been talking to lawyers, and they don't give me much hope except for a possible future suit against trust and other benefactor (who unjustly almost got everything).
Spiritually, probably the best "advice" "I need do nothing"!???Need do NO THING!

The Dalai Lama's 18 Rules For Living

My fav. is "The best relationship is one where your love for each other exceeds your need for each other." however all 18 are great!
At the start of the new millennium the Dalai Lama issued eighteen rules for living.

1. Take into account that great love and great achievements involve great risk.
2. When you lose, don't lose the lesson.
3. Follow the three Rs: 1. Respect for self 2. Respect for others 3. Responsibility for all your actions.
4. Remember that not getting what you want is sometimes a wonderful stroke of luck.
5. Learn the rules so you know how to break them properly.
6. Don't let a little dispute injure a great friendship.
7. When you realize you've made a mistake, take immediate steps to correct it.
8. Spend some time alone every day.
9. Open your arms to change, but don't let go of your values.
10. Remember that silence is sometimes the best answer.
11. Live a good, honourable life. Then when you get older and think back, you'll be able to enjoy it a second time.
12. A loving atmosphere in your home is the foundation for your life.
13. In disagreements with loved ones, deal only with the current situation. Don't bring up the past.
14. Share your knowledge. It's a way to achieve immortality.
15. Be gentle with the earth.
16. Once a year, go someplace you've never been before.
17. Remember that the best relationship is one in which your love for each other exceeds your need for each other.
18. Judge your success by what you had to give up in order to get it.
