Recently I met a wise man. Complaining about our indian PM who has come to power on the same hate based politics, I got a good answer. Have faith in our country which has grown up on love and fairness. This soil will bring an opponent of reckoning on its own.

And it was University of California where the father of the Indian constitution learnt his lessons of a classless nonracist society. The basis of the indian constitution.

No , Dr Ambedkar. Much less known. But the architect of the constitution, came from the lowest strata of Indian caste system. Supported by Gandhi and king of Baroda.

Hence our democracy while chaotic has retained its character of liberty, fraternity and equality. Corporations are undermining it but we will survive.
