Blessing must arise from within your own mind. It is not something that comes from outside. When the positive qualities of your mind increase and the negativities decrease, that is what blessing means. The Tibetan word for blessing … means transforming into magnificent potential. Doing well on the meditation challenge...
i am doing well on this Meditation challenge. 4 straight days of at least 50 minutes per day meditating and 30 minutes mindfully walking. Why? It feels good physically, clarifies my thinking, energizes me and balances me with equanimity, peace and harmony thankfully!
