Noy Traba-g Very true. I frequent a wellness centre where I enjoy the depth of my noyness (it's the place where the 'centre of my universe' religiously revolve) - gym, yoga, meditation, workshops > incorporating a good 45-minute gentle and slow walking meditation (within its lush, rich aroma of pure nature; boardwalks around the property). It's almost a replica of a nearby Buddhist temple - a second home ... total mindfulness: body, mind and spirit. Sheer JOY! heart emoticon
