A fine sailing vessel in my life in the last century!

"Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things you didn't do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe... harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover." --Mark Twain
So glad I followed Mark Twain's advice, in joy life, ron

I am too glad that I sailed away young. Now, it is more of an interior "explore, dream & discover" and even more interesting!
Sailboat is "Beaudacious" - a Morgan 46, I sailed professionally in the Bahamas and up the East Coast to New England - Marine Science under Sail! A fine vessel!

No, Oprah, that is terrible photo! But good peaceful intentions by Oprah and Deepak

"I define joy as a sustained sense of wellbeing and internal peace - a connection to what matters." - Oprah

There exists within each of us an unshakeable core of deep serenity and unconditional love. In meditation - whether we're aware of it or not - we get in touch with this place inside where conflict, self-doubt, and judgment cease to exist.

By meditating with Oprah and Deepak in Creating Peace from the Inside Out: The Power of Connection, you will access this place of inner peace that ripples out to every relationship, interaction, and experience you have.

FEEL THE JOY OF VICTORY

You know that feeling, Ron, of accomplishment, triumph, and sublime joy that immediately follows a job well done, a victory, or a fresh, hot pizza delivery to your door? I say feel it now.

Go on. Give it to yourself without all the rules
