A Bun Dance

a bun danceLet's all do a bun dance.
And this is how you do it
You stick your butt straight outAnd git to gitten to it
.Forgit bout that thing depression
Forgit bout downhill recession
It's all bout your own expression
Wiggle, wiggle, wiggle, wiggle, wiggle.'/
Let's all do a bun dance. And this is how you do it
You stick your butt straight outAnd git to gitten to it.
Some have a big butt
Some have a pig buttSome have a flat butt
Some have a mat buttBut don't matter much
Every body butt strutWiggle, wiggle, wiggle, wiggle, wiggle
.Let's all do a bun dance. And this is how you do it
You throw that "but?" right outAnd git to gitten to it.
Wiggle, wiggle, wiggle, wiggle, wiggle.

The Beatles-All Things Must Pass

Lyrics to go along with last few posts. The slideshow is a great history pictorial of the Beatles. It must have been the early Beatles as the sound quality is not that great?

Teach this triple truth to all:, '
A generous heart,
kind speech, and
a life of service
and compassion are
the things which
renew humanity.
The Buddha

Take delight

‎"Nothing in the world is permanent, and we’re foolish when we ask anything to ...last,
but surely we’re still more foolish not to take delight in it while we have it." -W. Somerset Maugham

"The King's good servant, but God's First."

In 1534, Sir Thomas More refused to swear to the Act of
Succession
and the Oath of Supremacy, and was committed to the Tower of London on April
17. More was found guilty of treason and was beheaded alongside
Bishop Fisheron July 6, 1535. More'sfinal words on the scaffold were: "The King's good servant, but God's First."More was beatified in 1886 and canonized by the Catholic Church as a saint by Pope Pius XI in 1935.
