Yes, you are!
When Jesus said, "Thy Kingdom come. Thy will be done on earth, as it is in heaven." He was telling us that when we reach toward this inward Perfection. It will be revealed to us and that It must finally establish the kingdom of God on earth, as It most certainly will.
