Accepting Your Divine Inheritance

Accepting Your Divine Inheritance is fully accepting Love,
Light, Joy and Peace of God. It is entering Heaven on earth.
Nothing (no thing) else matters!

Prayer and meditation and inspirational reading and people are helpful:

"Prayer is sitting in the silence until it silences us,
choosing gratitude until we are grateful, praising God
until we ourselves are a constant act of praise."

Fr. Richard Rohr, OFM
Radical Grace: Daily Meditations (gratefulness.org)

Jeeni Zucchini: May I say... that I believe your sense of loss is not just around the actual inheritance of worldly things... but the minds and hearts involved in the decision making... the disappointment in those you thought had your back. Your ability to transcend them... to transcend family and friends... while maintaining love and practicing forgiveness, can be one of life's biggest challenges. It has been for me...

Great Compassion & Global Responsibility

Great compassion is the root of all forms of worship.
His Holiness the Dalai Lama

Dalai Lama Quote of the Week
Global Responsibility
Occasionally I notice that people are making a convenient distinction between ethics on the personal level and ethics on the wider social level. To me, such attitudes are fundamentally flawed, as they overlook the interdependence of our world.
That individual ethics--or rather their absence--can have an impact on the lives of many is powerfully demonstrated by the global financial crisis that began in 2008, the repercussions of which are still being felt around the world. It revealed the way unbridled greed on the part of a few can adversely affect the lives of millions. So, just as in the wake of the 9/11 attacks we started to take the dangers of religious extremism and intolerance seriously, so too, in the wake of the financial crisis, should we take the dangers of greed and dishonesty seriously. When greed is seen as acceptable, even praiseworthy, there is clearly something wrong with our collective value system.
In this age of globalization, the time has come for us to acknowledge that our lives are deeply interconnected and to recognize that our behavior has a global dimension. When we do so, we will see that our own interests are best served by what is in the best interests of the wider human community. By contrast, if we concentrate exclusively on our inner development and neglect the wider problems of the world, or if, having recognized these, we are apathetic about trying to solve them, then we have overlooked something fundamental. Apathy, in my view, is itself a form of selfishness. For our approach to ethics to be truly meaningful, we must of course care about the world. This is what I mean by the principle of global responsibility, which is a key part of my approach

I am grateful for Divine Inheritance (Divine Comedy?)

Since I did not get my earthly inheritance, I am doubly glad to be getting my Divine Inheritance. It would be nice to get both. However, Divine Inheritance seems to cover all the bases. To me, Divine Inheritance would cover all the descriptions of God - Love, Light, Joy, & Joy. Does Inheriting from the Divine help my life become a Divine "Comedy". I hope so humor really helps!

Forgiveness - letting the past go - bless everyone!

If we are still holding someone’s toes to the fire for something they did in the past, we are not allowing them the same space we want for ourselves to grow and expand. We’ve all done things we would do differently now from our new place of BEing, learning, expanding… Soooo, let it go and allow others to re-create themselves and become NEW Beings too! See it all through the eyes of Love and no one gets burned! ~ ♥ Sierra Goodman ♥ ~

My Joyous Vow & Joyous Anticipation

My Joyous Vow

Unity Peace Song

Let there be peace on earth, and let it begin with me
Let there be peace on earth, the peace that was meant to be
With God as our father, family all are we
Let me walk with my family, in perfect harmony
Let there be peace on earth, let this be the moment now
With every breath I take, let this be my joyous vow:
To take each moment and live each moment in peace eternally
Let there be peace on earth, and let it begin with me!

(Even though not physically well yesterday - Christmas, with the support of Jeanne, I made it to Unity for their AM service. Really glad I went, and this "joyous vow sung in the circle afterwards really helped me heal! Thank you, Unity!)

Joyous Anticipation:

Living Gratefully
There are many things to be grateful "for" but, as I ripen with the seasons of life, the many reasons blend into a sacred mystery. And, most deeply, I realize that living gratefully is its own blessing.

Enya - We Wish You A Merry Christmas Lyrics

Life and Death - Have a Peaceful Christmas!

This may seem kinda of gloomy for Christmas day, but actually, not feeling well today, to me, it is reassuring. I have managed to stay peaceful, even though feeling ill and lack of vital core energy (worse than feeling tired). Usually, when I have this lack of life force, I get frustrated and anxious about "not getting thing done". Today with a lot of support of partner and forcing myself to go to Unity Church, I feel like it is a Peaceful Christmas, if not exactly Merry!

If I knew for certain that I should die next week, I would still be able to sit at my desk all week and study with perfect equanimity, for I know now that life and death make a meaningful whole.

My Christmas/New Years Vow

1. I will send love to everyone even my "enemies"!
2. I will be non-defensive no matter what!
3. I will send out healing love energy to "attacker"!
4. I will find great project to provide service possibly to soldiers with PTSD.
5. I will practice being detached from material things.
6. I will give sincere gratitude often!
7. I will have compassion for myself when I break this vow, and return to Love asap.

If there is anything I have learned about men and women, it is that there is a deeper spirit of altruism than is ever evident. Just as the rivers we see are minor compared to the underground streams, so, too, the idealism that is visible is minor compared to what people carry in their hearts unreleased or scarcely released.

Three Straight Christmases on a Deserted Island

The Sun is my Blanket
Three Straight Christmases on a Deserted Island
Ron Alexander

With about 20 students on board for our Marine Science under Sail, we celebrated our third straight(in the late '70's) on a beautiful deserted Cay called Little San Salvador. It lies only about 25 miles South of Eleuthera in the Bahamas.
Little San Salvador has a large anchorage with turquoise clear water and a large pink sandy beach. At the Southern tip is a orange, green, red, blue coral reef loaded with a sparkling rainbow-colored marine life plus edible fish & lots of lobster and conch.
I enjoyed being away from stores and the heightened commercialization of the holiday. Our celebration was simple. The nearby reef was an abundant hunting ground, and we captains and crew caught and cooked a sumptuous feast – lobster, grouper, and the versatile conch – conch salad, conch fritters, & fried conch for the Christmas Day Dinner.
Early on Christmas day we drew names for gifts. Only one gift per person, and with nowhere to make a purchase, it would require some ingenuity and creativity. I will never forget the sweetness and humor provided by these simple gifts handed out after dinner on Christmas day. A nice little manger scene crafted from pieces of coral found on beach was my favorite gift. A funny little poem composed especially for the recipient was a welcomed frequent read during the after dinner exchange. I usually gave a nice shell I found while hunting under¬water or sometimes a specially prepared (sautéed with ginger sauce) lobster tail for an addition to the meal. Singing Carols after dinner, what could be better?

God (Love) is Everywhere

Inside & outside - I have been reading about individuals who think that they have to do everything from within themselves - that there is no outside help. I do believe that both is true - inside Help & outside Help. God is everywhere!(Omniscient) Everpresent (Omnipresent) & All Powerful (Omnipotent)! Therefore: "Shower Thy grace upon us in the moment of our greatest need, protect us from ourselves, and allow us to ...be a beacon of light rather than a dark cloud for the ambience that surrounds us. Only with Thy aid can we create that peace within and harmony with the outer environment, both natural and social, for which our souls yearn."Seyyed Hossein Nasr
from Talking to God: Portrait of a World at Prayer (anthology

Elizabeth May Sutor: Thank you. I get so frustrated reading about how we "don't have bodies", how "everything is an illusion". Bullcrap. God gave us bodies. God gave us life.God gave us this world and put us in it. I agree with you.

Kristiana Owens:
All fear stems from our need to control or understand that which cannot be predicted or assured. The second we fear, we have erected a dam against the flow of Love ~ Love, in each moment as eternity, simply IS. Our duty to self is to Surrender and Trust ♥ In doing so,we are Freed, Now ~*♥*~..

Lisa Gonzales:The Truth, by any other name is still The Truth.
One underlying factor that IS... at the center & heart of everything & nothing. There is nowhere that it is not. It is the Stillness from which everything flows. ((( ♥ )))
Teachers are all around you all the time... the tree, the flower, the breeze, the birds... any person that comes up into your awareness... then there are some that take their roles a bit more seriously & get degrees, certificates & charge money for their services. None is any more important than the other, what matters is the what you learn from them... therein lies the importance

Ron Alexander:
God is everywhere! Omnipresent, Omnipotent & Omniscient! All Powerful & All-knowing! Inside & Outside! Some on fb preach that all we need is internal. I agree, however to me, it helps to have teachers too! Thank you for your wise comment.
..

Lisa Gonzales:
Hello Ron, Yes... agreed. I think most of the ones that "preach that all we need is internal" are seeing things from the perspective that what is outside of us is a projection of what comes through us from inside... this is why turning inward is key. Seeing our conscious world like a wakeful dream & treating it as such... that everything outside of us is symbolic as dream images are. There is Truth in that. That's not to say that what they "preach" is fully understood by them, as many are just parroting what they have heard by other teachers (grasping a concept) or telling what they have experienced from their limited knowledge. Technically, we all are to some extent... until we rest in the ground of BEing that IS God... it's difficult to navigate through all the eons of stories & perspectives of others who have gone before us... it has become a labyrinth of lies peppered with truth.

Personally, i don't see Consciousness (which we are beneath all of this) as limited to mankind... i do feel that it was prior to man, "in the beginning" and will continue to be long after the existance of mankind. God's Consciousness, no matter the form, is not limitied to mankind, his heart or his mind... however, evil may be.

It is rare to find a really good "teacher", that is, one that could be depended upon for really good truths in human form. I have found very few that i resonate with most or all of the time... this resonance comes with a teacher when he/she speaks a Truth that you also have within (whether you are conscious of it or not)... like two things resonating at the same frequency that attract each other. There is only One Truth, but it may come in through many forms or flavors.... different wording, different stories or packaging... Yoda, Dr. Seuss, Winnie the Pooh, Buddha, Ramana, Jesus, the homeless guy on the corner... doesn't matter, if it's Truth, you will know it.

Am so glad to have found Bobby, he is definately a bright light in the darkness of this world & his light

Nothing to do, No thing matters! I am grateful!

I need do nothing is a favorite quote from A Course in Miracles. To me it means Being is everything - a Human Being instead of a human "doing". That our best comes from our Being not our doing. Deepak calls it "Law of least effort." produces most productive results.

"No thing matters" to me means the "best things are not things."
How does this apply to me now? I have a lawyer fighting my eviction now, yet somehow I know it is time to leave this house - I will just have more time expectantly.
Who am I without this house? Am I any less of a person? No, in fact, it may help me be into my Beingness more - less to do & more to Be! I am grateful!

Quotes by Simone Weil + I Am Not a Victim(izer) of the World I Know

We must not wish for the disappearance of our troubles but for the grace to transform them.

“If we go down into ourselves, we find that we possess exactly what we desire.”

“Humility is attentive patience."

“To be rooted is perhaps the most important and least recognized need of the human soul.”

“Imagination and fiction make up more than three quarters of our real life.”

“Everything beautiful has a mark of eternity.”

All sins are attempts to fill voids.

“Imaginary evil is romantic and varied; real evil is gloomy, monotonous, barren, boring. Imaginary good is boring; real good is always new, marvelous, intoxicating.”

“All the natural movements of the soul are controlled by laws analogous to those of physical gravity. Grace is the only exception. Grace fills empty spaces, but it can only enter where there is a void to receive it, and it is grace itself which makes this void. The imagination is continually at work filling up all the fissures through which grace might pass.”
― Simone Weil, Gravity and Grace

I can, therefore I am.”

“Those who love a cause are those who love the life which has to be led in order to serve it. ”

“A beautiful woman looking at her image in the mirror may very well believe the image is herself. An ugly woman knows it is not.”

“There is something else which has the power to awaken us to the truth. It is the works of writers of genius. They give us, in the guise of fiction, something equivalent to the actual density of the real, that density which life offers us every day but which we are unable to grasp because we are amusing ourselves with lies.”

“It seemed to me certain, and I still think so today, that one can never wrestle enough with God if one does so out of pure regard for the truth. Christ likes us to prefer truth to him because, before being Christ, he is truth. If one turns aside from him to go toward the truth, one will not go far before falling into his arms. ”

“Compassion directed toward oneself is true humility.”
― Simone Weil

“Human beings are so made that the ones who do the crushing feel nothing; it is the person crushed who feels what is happening. Unless one has placed oneself on the side of the oppressed, to feel with them, one cannot understand.”

“Whatever debases the intelligence degrades the entire human being.”

“Do not allow yourself to be imprisoned by any affection. Keep your solitude. The day, if it ever comes, when you are given true affection, there will be no opposition between interior solitude and friendship, quite the reverse. It is even by this infallible sigh that you will recognize it.”

“A science which does not bring us nearer to God is worthless. ”

“Even if our efforts of attention seem for years to be producing no result, one day a light that is in exact proportion to them will flood the soul.”

“Attachment is the great fabricator of illusions; reality can be attained only by someone who is detached”

“In struggling against anguish one never produces serenity; the struggle against anguish only produces new forms of anguish.

“He who has not God in himself cannot feel His absence.”

“The most important part of teaching is to teach what it is to know. ”

“To be a hero or a heroine, one must give an order to oneself.”

“Two forces rule the universe: light and gravity.”

“How many people have been thus led, through lack of self-confidence, to stifle their most justified doubts?”

― Simone Weil

There is a famous quote from A Course in Miracles that is "I am not a victicm of the world I know". In relationships, one can swing back in forth between being a "victim" & a "victimizer" in the name of control. Sometimes the victimizer, using passive-aggressive techniques uses playing the "victim" to attempt to control. Mostly, though the "victimizer" is just plain aggressive in order to attempt to control. Why "control"? Feeling insecure, one can overcome those feelings in order to feel secure.
What is the win-win situation here? Compassionate understanding of each others motive to feel secure, and help them feel wanted, when they are being aggressive or passive-aggressive. When one can observe the others attempt to control with compassion, knowing they are just wanting to feel secure, and help them feel wanted, respect is gained and the relationship is in a win-win situation.
In truly successively experiencing the positive results of this and being pro-active about the compassionate response, rather than an ignorant reaction, "knowledge" becomes wisdom.

10 signs of a spiritual awakening + PATIENCE

"And remember you are not alone." (last sign)

Andrea Lynn:
The inner strength of a man can be directly measured by his ability to remain patient.♥

Julie Schweyer: timing is everything...patience is nothing more than the knowledge that the universe is at work..impatience occurs because we want something we don't have, want to be somewhere we are not, and want to be doing something we are not...acceptance leads to patience..letting go...i have always admired patience in others....thankyou Andrea Lynn♥ blessings of the season♥

Humility is attentive patience. Simone Weil

the House from which One cannot be evicted:

"and within the heart there is a little house..." - the House from which One cannot be evicted:
Within the city of Brahman, which is the body, there is the heart, and within the heart there is a little house. This house has the shape of a lotus, and within it dwells that which is sought after, inquired about, and realized. Even so large as the universe outside is the universe within the lotus of the heart. Within it are heaven and earth, the sun, moon, the lightning and the stars. The Wind of Spirit

The Wind of Spirit - Universe, Life, Ego - The Spirit of Exploration

You feel the wind, you see what is carried by the wind, you know it exists. But you don't see it.

Science discovers forces, particles, forms of energy. Science pushes us beyond the limitations of the senses through the invention of new measurement systems - creating more sophisticated devices to sense ever smaller or more distant processes. Science can shed light on the structure of the universe and of life. It shows how energy becomes matter, that structures are expressions of processes - that everything comes from interactions between vast numbers of other processes.

When wind blows through a mist, you see shapes come into being, and fade into nothingness.

The universe is energy. Most of the energy is hidden from us. The vastness of that energy hints at something far beyond our comprehension. We can discover a new particle of matter, a fundamental force of nature, or higher dimensions beyond time and space. With each new discovery, we discover new possibilities, and we become aware of how much less we know about the mystery of the universe and of life.

Our distant ancestors believed the wind to be an invisible spirit.

Science has known for a long time what really makes the wind. With measurement systems you can track it's course, structure and measure it's properties - speed, temperature, pressure, density and so on. It's still difficult to exactly describe how wind can shape itself into a tornado - but in general there is some understanding of how this happens. And there is a general understanding of the overall dynamics of wind.

The idea of something unknowable exerting pressures on life - is still thought of as the wind of spirit.

Someday science may discover something that accounts for our experience of "spirit" - and also discover that there is far more to learn about "spirit" than we can currently imagine.

The basic idea of spirit is that it is something that pressures all things. It's hidden from view, perhaps it moves outside the realm of time and space, beyond the multiple dimensions speculated to exist in the relatively new physics of string theory. Perhaps Spirit moves in a timeless, spaceless existence. Each movement generates infinite universes, endless streams of space-time coming and going.

The architecture of space and time emerged from vast energy. Infinite energy pops out of the Void. The phrase "Big Bang" is misleading - it was really the emergences of a silent expansion of multiple dimensions from a dimensionless energy. Our universe condensed into dimensions, forces, particles. Each particle exists because of the existence of an infinity of other particles. Each particle is a drop of energy condensed by the processes that exist due to the existence of an infinity of other particles and energies. Our universe exists because of the existence of an infinity of other universes.

The interdependence of everything is the stuff that makes the fabric of this universe. The folds of this fabric are what we see as matter, energy, forces. The dynamics of this fabric are the endless interactions and transformations of matter and energy.

The Spirit is that which shapes the ever-transforming dance of energy and the play amongst infinite interactions.

When you're watching clouds and see shapes come and go, you get a sense of the transience of life. If you could search this entire universe and find all organic life it would still be an insignificantly small component of this universe. Organic life comes and goes just as easily as those shapes in the clouds. As matter and energy transform over time, a tiny fraction of all that stuff collapses into self-replicating molecular structures that adapt, learn, accumulate, and become capable of architecturing living creatures. A tiny fraction of this universe becomes capable of sensing, learning, and wondering. With time, and with the spirit of exploration, creatures adapt to become more complex, intelligent, discovering new kinds of awareness, new kinds of senses, new ways of seeing and learning and discovering.

This spirit of exploration is the wind of Spirit within us. Our sense of something beyond what we know - is what leads us to explore beyond what we know. As we discover more, our sense of Spirit is pushed to new dimensions.

If you could create a universe within a tiny spec of dust - how would you explore that universe? You would attempt to create some form of sensory device in that speck of dust. With some luck, you would be able to immerse yourself in that universe by connecting somehow to that sensory device.

Your existence is like a leaf blowing in the winds of Spirit. The body and mind are like that leaf - except they have sense, awareness. With time and with the constant pressure of this spirit of exploration, the reach of our senses and awareness grows.

Ego is the center of need and desire. Ego has a complex sensory network - it senses it's need and desires. Through the matrix of memory, thought, feeling - ego senses itself and shapes the inner landscape of it's own existence.

Mind and feelings are like a new universe formed within the boundaries of the body. It's a new realm for exploration. It's a place where new senses can be formed, new kinds of awareness can be created, and where imagination, creativity and new kinds of intelligence can grow.

However, in all living creatures - the senses go hand in hand with pleasure and pain. The mind is touched by pleasure and pain - with time, the mind sticks to the processes of grasping (for pleasure and comfort) and aversion (avoidance of pain, discomfort). The mind accumulates memories of pleasure and pain - grasping and aversion. The ego emerges from all this as a sense of identity - that identity being defined by the memories (conscious and unconscious) of the totality of the pains and pleasures in one's life.

Ego is awareness of one's own being. For most of us, ego is the inner sensation of the total effect of these memories, these grapsings and aversions. The feelings associated with your ego are shaped by your history of feelings and desires - your conditioning.

As a creature evolves in complexity, the processes of grasping and aversion can lead to new and troublesome forms of fear and greed. As our basic instincts encounter a spacious mind full of imagination and thought, the kinds of fear and greed that result from this encounter become more and more complex and entrenched.

With a little discipline and a willingness to let go of our graspings and aversions - we can step into a new journey - of riding with the wind. It takes compassion, kindness, gentleness, patience, generosity and caring to stay on this ride.

Succumbing to the forces of grasping and aversion, our ride takes a pause. Don't let it pause you for too long, otherwise you will become spiritually stagnant - a state of soul-lessness, lost direction, dissatisfaction, frustration and darkness - where concerns of pain and pleasure consume all your energies. With each pause - take some time to learn about this terrain of grasping-aversion-fear-greed ... this learning is part of spiritual evolution.

Compassion inspires you pass on your learnings to others - so that you can improve their chances for learning how to resume their ride on the Wind of Spirit. Try to remember not to become attached to those learnings - the ways back to that stagnant pool are many.

Soul flight - fuel for the spiritual explorer
Think of those things that bring your soul to life:

•Freedom from fear, hate, greed
•Freedom from sustained stress
•Freedom from dependency on a belief system
•A feeling of connection to an unlimited intelligence
•Inner silence
•Clear awareness
•Creative imagination
•Being centered in forgiveness, generosity, kindness, humility
•Feeling at home with the unknown and the unfamiliar
Think of those things that break the soul:

•Attachment to belief
•Addiction to greed
•Obsession with power, wealth and control
•Continuously stressing the inner animal
•Destruction of the healing emotions
•Suppressing awareness of the soul of nature
•Ignorance of the incompleteness of knowing
•Misuse of the powers of the imagination
Your human instincts include forgiveness, generosity, kindness, compassion and humility. They are as vital to our species survival as the fight-flight instincts. More important than these instincts is the instinctive intelligence that keeps your instincts in balance. The greatest instinct urges us to explore soul, imagination, consciousness and the web of life.

I Am Not Disturbed by the Passage of Time

I know the Eternal lives within me. Spirit, God, Divine, Light, Love all are names of this Eternal which is the Essence of my Being. This Eternal Essence watches over me, guides me, and leads me to giving more than receiving. I am so grateful to be aware of Who I really AM! And so are ALL, in Oneness, ron

The consciousness that our being is, is infinite, essentially. It is impossible ...to divide consciousness into parts, into bits of individualities or localized existences. We are, basically, not ‘existences’ in plural, but one single existence into which we all converge at the root. There is an endlessness behind us, both in space and in time. This endlessness, spatially within us in terms of magnitude, is the reason why we cannot be satisfied by any amount of possession in this world. At the same time, we ask for endless existence. When a ripple or a wave in the ocean subsides into its base, it is entering into the base of all the waves in the entire ocean and not merely into its own little root. The little root of this one wave is the root of all the waves because the single ocean is spread out at the back of all the waves. ……..Aum!By: Subodh Kumar Misra

Simply Love

“I love, because my love is not dependent on the object of love. My
love is dependent on my state of being. So whether the other person
changes, becomes different, friend turns into a foe, does not matter,
because my love was never dependent on the other person. My love is my
state of being. I simply love.” -Osho

Love is a state of Being. Your love is not outside; it is deep within you. You can never lose it, and it cannot leave you. - Eckhart Tolle

The mind should be trained to be a servant of the heart. Logic should serve love. And then life can become a festival of lights"~ Osho ♥

Please Pray With Me Today (send me some good vibes)

For me, prayer is a surge of the heart; it is a
simple look turned toward heaven, it is a cry
of recognition and of love, embracing both trial and joy.

Please pray with me as I am sick with grief.

Do you have a feeling of foreboding? Are you grief stricken about what you perceive is happening? Are the results of these feelings real or are they what you believe will happen?
Angela Martin Diggs: Love and prayers sent to you...♥ Be still and listen to what God speaks to you....Comfort embrace your Spirit..♥
Effie Aghili: Beautiful...Abundance of love and blessings always to you dear Ron...♥ :)3 hours ago · UnlikeLike · 1.Lisa Jones Embracing you in the energetic arms of the universe! Your grief could be your greatest blessing! Much love Ron!
Tom Nadeau: Just know that we are all made of the same stuff Ron...Don't know why you are overcome today, but I have been there, as we all have, in that place. To endure that feeling is so uncomfortable. When I am there, sometimes I just want to disappear into the ether...fade away at least until the pain subsides but I always find comfort that I ALWAYS come through to the other side stronger, grown and grateful.
Ron Alexander: I am so grateful to you all, as some of you know, I am "ambivalently fighting" for my family home, which I have been living in & renovating for 7 years. The family "trust" lawyer had an eviction notice served to me just before Thanksgiving. I have been unsuccessfully so far trying to find a lawyer who will "fight" for me. Today, I have driven to the state capitol to consult with an attorney, who was at least sympathetic on the phone. Not only have I been dealing with a lot of grief, but also alot of transitional anxiety of possibly having to leave this beautiful house around Christmas. That meeting occurs at 2pm, slo please send attorney and myself alot of positive vibes at that time, yours thankfully, ron
.Lisa Jones Ron, I know it is not easy, place your focus on your heart for the love you have for your home then keep your focus on that which you want not on the fear of what you do not want. See what you want as already done. Keep your thoughts positive. Where thoughts go energy flows. On the opposite side of the coin, the Divine Self knows what is best so don't fight it. Sometimes, unanswered prayers are the best. Much love and support to you in your time of transition.
Donna Stead: I agree with Lisa, keep positive and be proactive at the same time. Focus on what you want and then take charge! Sending love and light at the challenging time:)

Angela Martin Diggs Breath my friend and allow the Divine God to take the lead.....Through guidance and Faith may your troubles be eased. Whatever is yours can not be taken, however it can be slowed down. Never stopped. What is meant for Ron will be Ron's...Much love and do not be swept up by emotions. Make your decisions from a loving place within your heart. By all means stay positive as Lisa and Donna suggest. Tom Nadeau: Sometimes what we want doesn't come to fruition...sometimes, when we are playing director, we seem to know what is good for us and insist upon our way. I had an entire life taken away from me once and it made me very bitter and resentful. However, with time and a program of spiritual recovery, I came to see my part in all that happened to me...I learned that I was not a victim but sometimes a victimizer...at least from the perspective of those who injured me. As this process began to take root in my heart, a calmness and a love replaced the hatred I felt and was able to forgive them because in seeing my own part, I was able to forgive myself. Once that happened, the angst was gone and my emotional load was dramatically lessened.Tom Nadeau: Ron I am sorry if I am overly involved in this discussion. I realize it may seem presumptuous of me to be in this given the fact that we don't interact a lot on FB but something about your pain hit me this morning and I was moved to speak. Please do not become offended.·
Ellen M Raines: ‎"the family "trust" lawyer" ... interesting contradiction of terms ... I'm holding for you that any and all resistance dissipates - - - and that once again, you will find peace and comfort in your home..Jean Mitchell: Bless you dear ♥ Ron ♥ sending you and the situation you are in much positiveness and visualizations for a happy out come my friend, my, we are all being tested right now, love you, keep strong and look to the higher perspective Lord knows I am too, and you have always given me strength just when I needed it most in my life, bless you I hope in my way I can return a little to you my friend
Gene Yakub: Sending you love and light, Ron, and prayers that you will feel warm and comfortable in your internal home until such time in the near future when you have found your abode of peace.
Robyn Summers-Shelley: sending you love, healing, prayers and peace my friend.............xoxoxElizabeth May Sutor: You got it.
Patricia Arnold: Holding you in Light, knowing that the Divine within and surrounding you is providing the strength and peace you desire.Ron Alexander: I am so appreciative of ALL of you, you are so dear and full of loving kindness. Worldwide FB Friends! What a blessing. Had an awesome meeting with lawyer today - first time I have had felt really heard by attorney. I am going to trust the legal "fight" with him and know, with guidance of the Divine, I will be helped - a 2 hour DIALOGUE - I know we were positively supported by all of your Good Vibes and Prayers! A good listening lawyer is a good COUNSELOR in the therapeutic meaning of the word!Patricia Arnold: I affirm that this matter is resolving itself for the Highest Good of all concerned, no matter what appears to be happening on the surface. Everybody and everything in the physical world is transitory; so this, too, shall pass.

Patricia Arnold: I've had this personal experience--complete with the lawyer and bank battle. Without it, I'm not sure I would have become so trusting or willing to go wherever God sends me.

What I now know, for sure is that on some occasions, our souls' ...scripts indicate that it simply time to move on. The Divine within you knows where you're supposed to be at any moment to fulfill its mission through your body.

I've been blessed to experience the freedom and tranquility that result from allowing myself to let go and be led to the domicile that is perfectly suited for the next adventure in my physical experience.

In your case, it might be the same place. Wherever it is, know that it's the most perfect place for you.

Ron Alexander: Ah, Patricia, that is so comforting. It feels very good to finally have a lawyer I can trust to do the best he can for me - his job - not mine! Now, I can really surrender! Divine Will Be Done! ron

26 minutes ago · LikeUnlike.Patricia Arnold LOL! That's the same way I felt. The lawyer was a brilliant young man named Barack Obama. I instinctively trusted him-- and gave up the fight. Best decision I ever made.

ONE DEGREE OF SEPARATION FROM BARACK OBAMA- Patricia Arnold! (You have heard of 6 degrees of separation? - book and movie about it)

Patricia Arnold: My pleasure. He didn't give me the news I wanted to hear, but I trusted him. As a show of gratitude, when I saw that he was signing his new book, "Dreams from my Father," I rushed to our neighborhood bookstore to support him. Today I own a first edition hard copy signed by the young man who would become president of these United States--on his birthday!

Ron Alexander: Wow! Wow! Barack Obama! I luv it! This guy is no Barack Obama, but he had great memory with terrific dialogue skills. He really heard me and laid out some awesome possible scenarios for hopefully fruitful dialogues with my "trust" lawyer ...and the 'eviction"attprmeu who he knows and is pretty sure he can work with. So I can give up my confused thinking on how I was going to try to communicate with the two opposing attorneys! Byron Katy maintains that "confusion is the basis of suffering", and I believe that in addition to the "bargaining" part of grief where one questions incessantly "why me, why did they do that, why didn't I ?????????? on and on - along with anger one of the worsts parts of grief.
Patricia Arnold: Of course, the flip side of that is "Why not me?" It would be kinda cool if all of us could see the scripts we wrote when we, as immortal souls, entered these bodies. But then, life would be one big plot-stealer.

We simply have to remember...: 1) We're here for a purpose and 2) The physical body isn't us. It is merely the spacesuit we need to navigate this plane. 3) Nothing here happens TO us, it happens FOR us--something we always see clearly in hindsight.

As @Tom Nadeau indicated, these opportunities can strengthen you if you allow them. This experience is not about keeping or losing a house. It's merely a prop on Earth's stage--and there are many more. Nothing on this planet, not even a fight, lasts forever. You are mightily blessed, my friend, that your creative soul has designed this wonderful opportunity to learn more about yourself. You're being tossed in the air. Trust that the Divine will catch you.

Right Awareness - Truth right now!

Seeing things as they are not as you would like them to be.

I am sick with grief. Pain - my teeth, I must be grinding them during the night. Possibly losing this house brings up all the grief of how it got to be like this. Greed, love of things over people, insecurity, egoic thinking - competition - having nicer and more beautiful things that neighbors and friends. House, cars, and even boats - yes, now I saying it - boats - what I have been attaching myself to lately. ATTACHMENT! THAT IS WHAT BRINGS ABOUT MISERY! Even attachments to accomplishments - maybe especially attachment to accomplishments - even your sports team accomplishments.
Anxiety - lots of it - transitional?
Watching TO KILL A MOCKINGBIRD last night and contrasting myself with the magnificent integrity and compassion of Atticus Finch was not good for my mental health either. As much as I admire this novel by Harper Lee, and her amazing characters. Quote from awesome movie:"You never really understand a person until you consider things from his point of view, until you climb inside of his skin and walk around in it."
THIS TOO SHALL PASS! I hope soon!

Thanks for your support Dr. Dean,
Dean A. Banks: You're welcome! Expect the best and prepare for the worst. Either way you have dealt with both possibilities and are ready for whatever comes your way. That preparedness affords you the options, the insight and the strength to handle anythi...ng. See the end result of this crisis as being over. Feel the joy of victory and go out into your community and help someone else overcome the same situation. Your blessings will abound!
Angela Martin Diggs: It is so easy to hear what the Spirit is saying...When it is a shared Truth. Beautiful and Loving streams broke from your original post. I could not pass up the chance to share the Wisdom. It is my desire that everyone receive this. How wonderful it would be to make it easy for man to see and feel this Truth.....Hugs Ron Alexander and Love sent.
Ron Alexander: Wow! so good to read your supportive comments this AM. I feel like Scrooge right now, bah hum bug, however I prayed that "this would pass quickly" and some support like yours and Dr. Dean is helping alot!
Angela Martin Diggs: You know I had a few days like that last week. Just felt that I should stay to myself because I felt very cantankerous. It does pass and sometimes it is not even your own feelings. Just guard your words and only let kindness out. When you do this it smacks that bah hum bug feeling out of your space. Sending loving and calming energy to you. Peace abound and always Let there Be Light. Love sent...♥
What was Scrooge really about? Remember his nephew who would not give up on him? The ghost of Christmas Past, Present and Future... the Angel - was Scrooge really not asking for loving help in the only way he really knew how? Here is the redeemed Scrooge image with "Tiny Tim" (who would not see the bad in him either).
The Ghost of Christmas Past was the first of the three spirits (after

Eviction #6 - The TRUTH!

The truth is that nobody can take anything away from me that is valuable. I have all I need within me. The best and most beautiful things are not things.

Whatever is in the macrocosm is in this microcosm also. ~ Chandogya Upanishad

Ron Alexander: Beautiful with Divine Timelessness, Rob! I am very grateful!
4 minutes ago · LikeUnlike.Ron Alexander We have all we need within ourselves!

Truth: We have thousands of opportunities every day to be grateful: for having good weather, to have slept well last night, to be able to get up, to be healthy, to have enough to eat. ... There's opportunity upon opportunity to be grateful; that's what life is.

Be the Sailor You Are...

I like Lisa Jones response to me: It may just be time. Let go and see where the unknown takes, BE the sailor that you are! Set sails dear Ron feel the excitement of the ocean of unknown!

Photo is of "Kayoss" - a very fine seaworthy wooden sloop I sailed for over 12 years many with students of Marine Science! Sent to me by former student recently Sally Smith Marshall. Location is off an island in the Bahamas.

Lisa Jones: Geez Ron! That looks crazy fun! Would love to learn to sail a boat! Maybe you could give lessons to people! Thanks for sharing!
Ron Alexander: Yes, and Brian Jones told me he is interested also. Maybe, we can get together in the Spring...Jeanne would like that also!
Lisa Jones: That sounds awesome! Can't wait! Blessings to you both!
1.Mary Piercy: Lessons?!?! I would LOVE to learn to sail as well...have wanted to for a long time...a little distance from AZ...could I learn how in a week or two?
Ron Alexander: Yes, Mary in calm weather, like life, sailing is basically simple however it can be infinitely difficult in stormy weather.

Ego is a Natural Part of the Divine Plan

My ego is becoming more and more involved with the eviction "fight", & am grateful for it! (Gratefully "fighting")

Your ego is part of the Plan. It’s OK that you have one. Every ego is fulfilled in Christ. That seems like it’s contrary to what you have been taught, but when you allow the Plan to be fulfilled then your ego becomes part of the Plan. Everyone has one—everyone has that limited point of view you call an ego—and every ego is essential to the fulfillment of Creation. So you can quit beating up on yourself for having one, and you can quit punishing yourself for it, or trying to make yourself pure enough, or good enough, or anything enough. It is not necessary for you to dispose of your ego in order to become enlightened and fulfilled, any more than it is necessary for you to dispose of any other body part before you become enlightened and fulfilled.

The ego is just another body part. You don’t beat up on your little finger because it doesn’t understand calculus (though secretly, it does J). So don’t beat up your ego because it doesn’t understand the Big Picture, the Plan for Divine Harmony and fulfillment of ALL Beings. Love it. Dream Big, and allow the Source of All Being to fulfill you through Oneness and Harmony.

Ego is only a problem when you refuse to let go of it and reunite with Source. It is as if you decided you were your little finger and steadfastly refused to acknowledge or utilize any other body parts. The point is you needn’t punish your ego for wanting what it wants and perceiving itself and the world in the way it does—it is just doing its job.

Your job, as the Greater Being, is to allow Connection with Source to fulfill those ego perspective dreams. Your ego is an outgrowth of your limited perspective; and in order to become the physical being that you are, you had to adopt one. That’s it. That’s all there is to it. There is no eternity of punishment or purgatory or cosmic karma associated with it. There is nothing to work out from this life or any past lives either. Just connect with your Source and Allow. It will all work itself out—it can’t not. It’s part of the Plan.

All is well. It really is. Perform Yoga of Positive Thought with your ego just as you perform Hatha or another yoga with your other body parts. Gently steer your ego back to the joyful thoughts that are in alignment with the Divine Plan and allow Source Energy to pour through your mind like sweet honey and everything—everything—will work out.
Namaste,
~Twelve

William Mcelveen: Very interesting and enlightening. Absorbing like sweet honey into my collective
Ron Alexander: Yep, can quit beating yourself up for having an ego. This is part of us that has been really demonized in the last couple of decades or so. Freud, who invented the word. meant it to be the 'conscious" mediatior between the id (primitve instinctual part) & the Super Ego, our Higher Self.

Eviction # 5 - My Ego Is Alive & Outraged

My ego is becoming more and more involved with the eviction "fight", & am grateful for it! (Gratefully "fighting")

It is becoming clearer and clearer that the family "trust" lawyer who wants me evicted just wants the property for the money. He stated, before I renovated, that he would just have this house torn down and sell the property. I asked him what for - "to pay for the defense lawyer, (and for yourself too? I asked and he nodded "yes").
He represents the elite this country, that has pretty much taken over. The rich (oligarchy), and they want to get richer and more powerful. Who are these power-grabbing elitists? 1%'s, Wall Street, bankers, republicans, tea party, corporations, "good ol' boy" lawyers, anti-tax forces (don't want to tax millionares or end bush's tax cuts yet they do want to end payroll tax cuts), hypocrites!

Well, it is time that the disappearing middle class join rank and realize we are the 99%, and start re-taking our power. The "Occupy" non-violent movement represents us!

Elizabeth May Sutor: HI -"grateful while fighting eviction". Can't wait to see this. HOW did this happen? My father and I used to have conversations in 1986(!!!)about how eventually there will be no more middle class, only the very wealthy and the poor. My father was so concerned about the direction in which this country was going. It completely eludes me how people can not see what is going on, can not be outraged, and how 99 percent are being controlled by 1 percent.

I was shocked when I was virtually left out of my Mom's will. It seems like my addicted & alcoholic nephew Barry (at funeral) had really smeared me, while I was renovating the beach house in N. Myrtle Beach. Being the only living son, I was expecting at least half, as I was Dad's "little co-alcholic". I was shocked when I was "shunned" at their Ruhamah Methodist church at her funeral. Now, the family "trust" lawyer is trying to evict me from this house in NMB, which I have renovated beautifully in past 7 years. He has control of all the family property, including my Aunt's property near the church in Starr on Lake Hartwell for 30 years - sickening and I am trying to get a lawyer, but no one so far, wants to touch a "trust lawyer.
Tell Your Dear Dad hello, and anything bad he has heard about me is slander, scapegoating and mostly untrue. I got my Counseling Masters Degree at Antioch in San Francisco in 1985. Practiced out there for 14 years and then came back here to help the family. Unfortunately, I was seen as "controlling" while I was the only one to take responsibility. My Aunt, Laura Jo, stuck with my nephew (on parole now) and believes everything he says. Her late husband dominated her, then my Mom and now my nephew. I was enabling him for years, now, the only person he has left is Aunt Laura Jo, who mistakenly thinks that it is my Mom's "wishes". I have a great new partner in Jeanne Ashley Porter from Columbia (not a strong coot anyway), and enjoy life otherwise. the Best of Holy Days and a Great New Year!
When do they want you out?

Well, according to the 30 day notice, it is supposed to be sometine around Christmas. It was dated Nov.16th & served on 22. I think it is because Barry wants to live down here, however he is on a parole that would not allow that, unless it is changed. The other reason the "trust" lawyer gave is "that they need money to pay for Barry's defense lawyer (& himself of course) -that they would tear down house & sell lot." I am sick with grief, and was just turned down by another lawyer. Thanks for your compassion. ron..

The Truth about Hair

The Truth About Hair and Why Indians Would Keep Their Hair Long

United Truth Seekers
Thu, 08 Sep 2011 14:32 CDT
© Black ElkThis information about hair has been hidden from the public since the Viet Nam War .

Our culture leads people to believe that hair style is a matter of personal preference, that hair style is a matter of fashion and/or convenience, and that how people wear their hair is simply a cosmetic issue. Back in the Vietnam war however, an entirely different picture emerged, one that has been carefully covered up and hidden from public view.

In the early nineties, Sally [name changed to protect privacy] was married to a licensed psychologist who worked at a VA Medical hospital. He worked with combat veterans with PTSD, post traumatic stress disorder. Most of them had served in Vietnam.

Sally said, "I remember clearly an evening when my husband came back to our apartment on Doctor's Circle carrying a thick official looking folder in his hands. Inside were hundreds of pages of certain studies commissioned by the government. He was in shock from the contents. What he read in those documents completely changed his life. From that moment on my conservative middle of the road husband grew his hair and beard and never cut them again. What is more, the VA Medical center let him do it, and other very conservative men in the staff followed his example.

As I read the documents, I learned why. It seems that during the Vietnam War special forces in the war department had sent undercover experts to comb American Indian Reservations looking for talented scouts, for tough young men trained to move stealthily through rough terrain. They were especially looking for men with outstanding, almost supernatural, tracking abilities. Before being approached, these carefully selected men were extensively documented as experts in tracking and survival.

With the usual enticements, the well proven smooth phrases used to enroll new recruits, some of these Indian trackers were then enlisted. Once enlisted, an amazing thing happened. Whatever talents and skills they had possessed on the reservation seemed to mysteriously disappear, as recruit after recruit failed to perform as expected in the field.

Serious causalities and failures of performance led the government to contract expensive testing of these recruits, and this is what was found.

When questioned about their failure to perform as expected, the older recruits replied consistently that when they received their required military haircuts, they could no longer 'sense' the enemy, they could no longer access a 'sixth sense', their 'intuition' no longer was reliable, they couldn't 'read' subtle signs as well or access subtle extrasensory information.

So the testing institute recruited more Indian trackers, let them keep their long hair, and tested them in multiple areas. Then they would pair two men together who had received the same scores on all the tests. They would let one man in the pair keep his hair long, and gave the other man a military haircut. Then the two men retook the tests.

Time after time the man with long hair kept making high scores. Time after time, the man with the short hair failed the tests in which he had previously scored high scores.

Here is a Typical Test:

The recruit is sleeping out in the woods. An armed 'enemy' approaches the sleeping man. The long haired man is awakened out of his sleep by a strong sense of danger and gets away long before the enemy is close, long before any sounds from the approaching enemy are audible.

In another version of this test the long haired man senses an approach and somehow intuits that the enemy will perform a physical attack. He follows his 'sixth sense' and stays still, pretending to be sleeping, but quickly grabs the attacker and 'kills' him as the attacker reaches down to strangle him.

This same man, after having passed these and other tests, then received a military haircut and consistently failed these tests, and many other tests that he had previously passed.

So the document recommended that all Indian trackers be exempt from military haircuts. In fact, it required that trackers keep their hair long."

Comment:

The mammalian body has evolved over millions of years. Survival skills of human and animal at times seem almost supernatural. Science is constantly coming up with more discoveries about the amazing abilities of man and animal to survive. Each part of the body has highly sensitive work to perform for the survival and well being of the body as a whole. The body has a reason for every part of itself.

Hair is an extension of the nervous system, it can be correctly seen as exteriorized nerves, a type of highly evolved 'feelers' or 'antennae' that transmit vast amounts of important information to the brain stem, the limbic system, and the neocortex.

Not only does hair in people, including facial hair in men, provide an information highway reaching the brain, hair also emits energy, the electromagnetic energy emitted by the brain into the outer environment. This has been seen in Kirlian photography when a person is photographed with long hair and then rephotographed after the hair is cut.

When hair is cut, receiving and sending transmissions to and from the environment are greatly hampered. This results in numbing-out .

Cutting of hair is a contributing factor to unawareness of environmental distress in local ecosystems. It is also a contributing factor to insensitivity in relationships of all kinds. It contributes to sexual frustration.

Conclusion:

In searching for solutions for the distress in our world, it may be time for us to consider that many of our most basic assumptions about reality are in error. It may be that a major part of the solution is looking at us in the face each morning when we see ourselves in the mirror.

The story of Sampson and Delilah in the Bible has a lot of encoded truth to tell us. When Delilah cut Sampson's hair, the once undefeatable Sampson was defeated.

Reported by C. Young

, I had an amazing experience with my hair once - back in the 70's my hair was like a bleached afro. One clear moonless night, all the stars appeared to send their rays into each one of my follicles. My hair was like antennas for the stars. I read some mystical literature about a similar experience - forgot it though?
Oh yea, I had never felt so secure in the Universe. I felt like ...I belonged for the first time in my life (pretty abusive childhood)! I did copy this from article:
"Hair is an extension of the nervous system, it can be correctly seen as exteriorized nerves, a type of highly evolved 'feelers' or 'antennae' that transmit vast amounts of important information to the brain stem, the limbic system, and the neocortex."

It is nice to relive the security I felt as the rays went into my individual follicles, and this occurred on the sea in the cockpit of a sailboat! Especially, since I am be going back to the sea?

Eviction #4 - My Body, Possessions But No More

My Spirit is free & unlimited.
Just as my Father's Spirit is here,
Who designed and had this house built in 1972.
I have, also twice, put my heart and soul
renovating this house twice since 1994,
My Spirit will remain here even
though possibly no more?

Gene Yakub:
Ah Ron. Bless! But you know that altough I sympathise, I don't agree? Both your Father's spirit and your spirit are free and no one can tie them to a building. You will see, I'm sure, looking back exactly what the right reason is for your having to leave. Letting go allows new energies in and maybe you are stuck in a rut there instead of giving your great awareness freedom to give and a receive?Ron Alexander! Gene you are at least partially right, however, I think I could have said "part" of my Spirit and Dad's will always be here. That is probably moreaccurate, while what you said "letting go allows new energies in..." & out I may add is true. However, what the problem is with that is "the new energies" are destructive - negative - want the house just out of greed - to tear down and sell the property for lawyers or to use as a crack house, which it was before I moved in here. Hard to explain in a limited space but greedy lawyers under the auspices of an addicted/alcoholic relative (the only other heir) are the "energies" that want to take back over this house. Thanks so much for your concern, ron
