NO Added Sugar


 
 
 
Nutritionist I have studied under, say sugar and corn glucose added is much worse the gluten for most people. He says we get addicted to it as infants, as it is added to baby foods! He says our "standard levels" are much higher than they should be and most of us are pre-diabetic. Oh, and watch that honey - get raw, pure honey as they add corn glucose to processed honey.
