Mindful Walking with Mindfulness group today

Barefoot on nice grassy area outside VA hospital: Nice, push down on one ft. balance, raise the other foot, place it down, balance, raise the other foot, feel the texture and smell of the grass, the nice breeze, slowly(how slow can you go?) move toward shaded area, go around the dog shit, slow, press, balance, press, in joy the moment
