Blessing must arise from within your own mind. It is not something that comes from outside. When the positive qualities of your mind increase and the negativities decrease, that is what blessing means. The Tibetan word for blessing … means transforming into magnificent potential. Therefore, blessing refers to the development of virtuous qualities you did not previously have and the improvement of those good qualities you have already developed. ― Dalai Lama XIV

What would you do differently if you came back from death?
I would love more and judge less by seeing the innocence in "difficult people." By doing this, I would forgive them more easily for "they know not what they do." I would be much more gentle with myself. I would use the "no hurry, no worry - need do nothing" mantra more. I would learn mindfulness early in life - being present with awareness and acceptance. I would be more giving and more receiving, as I have turned down many opportunities because of lack of self-worth. I would be more of a compassionate human Being and less of a human "doing". I would play more and enjoy more of this short precious life as of NOW!
