Born Perfect, however difficulties appear...

Real life isn't always going to be perfect or go our way, but the recurring acknowledgement of what is working in our lives can help us not only to survive but surmount our difficulties.
Sarah Ban Breathnach(gratefulness.org)
We are born with all we need, however we need reminders to return to our senses and get out of our own way. Let go of whatever fears, assumptions, distractions, resistance, and busyness may be hampering you. Allow yourself to think and feel and live that way. Acting from this place results in greater composure, and when we act with composure, we are more effective. (paraphrased from Marc Lesser - DO LESS, ACCOMPLISH MORE
