To feel love and not to express it causes soul stagnation. Express your love, all day, every day, every which way but loose. Be free and free others in so doing. I'm not talking about going around like a parrot saying "I Love you" over and over again. Those are just words. In fact, some words expressing Love might seem hard to hear, yet are ultimately freeing when truly offered in Love. What I'm saying is, let's express the Love we are and that we feel in every act, in every word, all day, every day.
