So true, sometimes I feel like just joining a monastery or ashram where I could meditate most of time. Now, I love to go to the windy beach and breathe meditate hopefully the sun is shining. I am grateful I live in the South where I can get... more of the sun. The air here off the beach is among the purest in the world, as the wind comes unobstructed across the sea from the Straits of Gibralter with the Sargasso Sea and Gulfstream besides the ocean being purifiers.
