Today, we explore the concept of balance through movement.
Yoga means "union," the union of mind, body, and spirit. Moving our bodies in ways that help us feel peaceful and connected with everything around us—whether it's a brisk walk, a focused run, or an hour of yoga—can shift our awareness. Exercise can help us feel open and alive, rebalance our perspective, improve our physiology, and help us experience all aspects of ourselves, in harmony.
Our centering thought for today is:
I am flexible, powerful, and balanced.
We look forward to our union with you today.Blessings,
Our Sanskrit mantra:
Om Varunam Namah My life is in harmony with cosmic law.
Om Varunam Namah My life is in harmony with cosmic law.
How the body is the vehicle of our perfect soul.
Dancing, walking, running swimming, yoga etc. all can be moving meditations
2 mins. rest (walking for me) one minute of aerobics (jogging for me) and on till you get 4 minutes of aerobics in. Also, I go to a restorative yoga class a few times per week. As well as the 1 & 1/2 hours of meditation per day!

Very affirming Day 13 Moving for Balance, as I have a daily practice of exercise taught me by Dr. John Douillaird, an Arvuvedic Nutritionist as well a tri-athlete. 2 mins. rest (walking for me) one minute of aerobics (jogging for me) and on till you get 4 minutes of aerobics in. Also, I go to a restorative yoga class a few times per week. As well as the 1 & 1/2 hours of meditation per day!
