Divine Timing for Repost: True Peace is Blissful

True Peace is Blissful by Ron Alexander

As a younger person, I was not that much interested in peace, as I thought that it would be boring.
Reaching peace in meditation and prayer, I find just the opposite. Peace can be soaring bliss, joyous love.
PEACE TO THE BODY - all the way to the cells - no anxiety, no stress, no worry, no hurry.
PEACE TO THE HEART - a peaceful heart open to give and receive love.
PEACE TO THE SOUL - soaring in bliss
MAY ALL BEINGS HAVE PEACE!
One must live mindfully to have abundant hour to hour peace. In that hour, those anxious moments can be stopped by Awareness - sensory and mentally leading to calming the emotions. Breathing consciously really helps CHOOSE PEACE! Ron Alexander

Ron Alexander Peace is not an idea--peace is a way of life. It is fresh and new with every moment." Claude AnShin Thomas

Ardith Oakes: Love the message. ... On another
(somewhat related) note. This is the second time in 3 hours someone has "spoken" to me the name Alexander. My next door neighbor called to tell me to watch Dr. Oz (which I never do) because Dr. Eben Alexander was on discussing his book, "Proof of Heaven: A Neurosurgeon's Journey into the Afterlife." ... I wonder. Will there be a #3?
