Blessing must arise from within your own mind. It is not something that comes from outside. When the positive qualities of your mind increase and the negativities decrease, that is what blessing means. The Tibetan word for blessing … means transforming into magnificent potential. My Healing Grandparent Trees
I posted the other day about walking and stretching down a natural coquina lightly-traveled road. Well about 3/4 down the road, I have really been attracted to twin majestic ancient Live Oaks that I call Grandma and Grandpa trees, Their limbs intertwine near top as I am sure their massive roots do underneath. I get such a nice feeling of well-being, security and peace when near them, that I decided to take my backpack beach chair to sit for awhile at twilight. I just feel really good breathing under these giant air filters that I am going to sit there several times a week. It is hard to describe the blissful feeling, but it is particularly noticeable around my heart chakra. Here are some photos:
