I was listening to a noted author today who has been doing research on dolphins for five years locally. She noted that scientists in a 5 year study have found that 40% of dolphins in Charleston Harbor are sick - what from - pollutions of course and a lot of it our "medications" and especially a chemical found in the popular hand soaps found everywhere. Bunni Vaughan Healy It was Triclosan they were talking about. Plain old soap gets rid of 94% of bacteria. No one needs these antibacterials. Just make sure that your "gentle soap" is actually soap (and nothing but soap). Not many in the store are. (And very few are vegan - mine are.)
