Forgive us for (sometimes) we know not what we do - thanks Ron and Roger A. Briggs!
The Ho'oponopono Mantra
(Ho'oponopono = to rectify an error)
"I love you"
"I'm sorry"
"Please forgive me"
"Thank you"
~~
These are all relatively simple words and phrases and yet so many have trouble speaking them. No, not just speaking them but saying them with meaning, real heart felt meaning.
Before you can speak these words to another and really mean them, you must first be able to stand in front of a mirror and repeat them, from the depths of your heart, to yourself.
~Roger Anthony Briggs~
Ron Alexander" You are welcome Ra - when we forgive ourselves or anyone else, we are forgiving All as we are One!
