Increasing my meditation time has really helped my clarity and balance (equanimity)

Love Buddha's Meditation, however I do use a hybrid Vipassana - a mix of several I have learned. I emphasize the Breathing more plus add a mantra, and especially include "Sensory Awareness" which is a primary part of Vipassana Meditation.
