Doing well on the meditation challenge...

i am doing well on this Meditation challenge. 4 straight days of at least 50 minutes per day meditating and 30 minutes mindfully walking. Why? It feels good physically, clarifies my thinking, energizes me and balances me with equanimity, peace and harmony thankfully!
I do at least 30 minutes at a time, then ten minutes midday and ten miinutes before I go to bed
