Sometimes it is best to love someone from a distance...a Happy Sweet Christmas Day!

LIKE: ...sometimes it is best to love someone from a distance. We have to respect people's free will without choosing to wallow in their stagnation along with them. To do so would not be honoring yourself.

I was blessed to spend Christmas with a loving family unit including grandparents, Mother and her two very bright sons (grandchildren) ending up with a very sweet happy day! I am very grateful. My own genetic family have a closed fearful attitude from the past - they watch Fox a lot, and believe those toxic viewpoints, bless their hearts.
Jax Byrne: Last week there was a feature on BBC breakfast news about families at Christmas. Two women described how they had freed themselves from the usual familial expectation by questioning why they put themselves through the misery of being with people they didn't get on with or who disapproved of them. They saw that it was healthier and kinder to
themselves to no longer play the myth of enforced 'happy families' just to fit in with the conventions of Christmas. It so resonated as someone who has endured several miserable Christmasses where i tried keeping everyone happy and no one was. Much happier since i ditched that stuff ♡
