I think a more accurate description is a "military-industrial-CONGRESSIONAL" complex. Republicans are intent on spending even more on the military -- and less o...n the investments that really do keep America strong: our public schools, public universities, public health, and public infrastructure. Without a well-educated and healthy population fitted with world-class water and sewage and transportation systems, we cannot possibly be a strong nation.
