Last gasp, ignore if you like - thinking is real, a fact. "ego" is a concept, unreal. Isn't it more productive to work with the real?
yep, agreed, it's better to deal in the absolutes of unity, love and union. that's the truth! AND, the facts are that the hurt self/unhealthy ego/toxic thinking "exist" and to be aware of them is to be one step closer to unity, love and truth
