Loving Mindfulness - choosing to be a human being

 
Being in mindfulness, is loving yourself and others around you. It is being very aware of your thoughts, carefully choosing your words, and listening deeply to others.
 
 
 
In other words, what you see is what you get if not in mindfulness. It can be difficult being a moderate between two extremes.
