Clean your mirror
The illusion of the perceived dualistic reality is a necessary function of birth, learning and death. The spirit becomes grounded with the earth and forms a physical being that absorbs and reflects the intention of the individual spirit. Our lives are a mirror of our desires filtered by our thoughts and beliefs. Living in the now keeps the mirror clean of negative thoughts and erroneous beliefs.
