Blessing must arise from within your own mind. It is not something that comes from outside. When the positive qualities of your mind increase and the negativities decrease, that is what blessing means. The Tibetan word for blessing … means transforming into magnificent potential. Therefore, blessing refers to the development of virtuous qualities you did not previously have and the improvement of those good qualities you have already developed. ― Dalai Lama XIV

BE LOVE NOW!
Ra Divakar
"What loving act can I do in the present moment that will help to heal my inner discomfort?"
Brilliant! thanks Jen Wichard for writing & Dr. Dean for posting!·
Ra Divakar: Happy Resurrection Day everyone!
Rose M Maples:
"love yourself...." . Very good, I am going to put that on my wall. That and this quote has helped me doing a 3 day "cold flu crude" period:
"Nothing is more honorable than a grateful heart."
Lucius Annaeus Seneca Rose M Maples:
That's a beautiful quote.....so very true.. .
Ra Divakar: Yes, I was with my partner, and feeling very irritable, and trying to "heal my inner discomfort" towards her, when I decided that gratitude for her being there with me would be the solution, and that worked!
