In this moment, let us all take a deep, healing breath and deepen into peace. Know we are surrounded by more good and supportive energies than we can imagine and that we are filled with the life-generating energy of Holy Spirit, every cell and atom of our beings enlivened with the One Presence, healing, renewing, strengthening, restoring and regenerating us, moment by moment. We all know the basics of preventative care. We know that our spiritual practice of prayer and meditation is vital. We know to be diligent in our stress-reducing practices. We know that Great Good is coming out of these hard days. Look for the Good. Peace, Peace, Peace.

The Light of God surrounds us.
The Love of God enfolds us.
The Power of God protects us.
The Presence of God watches over us.
